PROSERVACE & CO., CPAS., (below referred to as “PROSERVACE”), was established by CPA HUI-LING LO in Taiwan in 1996. Currently, PROSERVACE has offices located in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Changhua, Yunlin, and Pingtung with a total of 8 partners and over 60 dedicated professionals, providing excellence services for our clients throughout the country.
We had been approved to audit the financial statement of publicly-held companies by Securities and Futures Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission R.O.C. (Taiwan) in September 1999. We specialize in providing accounting and taxation services for small and medium-sized enterprises. We also provide foreign investment application, foreign investment analysis, and related outsourcing services.

We enhance employees’ awareness of environmental protection and actively respond to various green activities by encouraging employees to utilize reusable shopping bags, chopsticks, and other eco-friendly products. In the course of business operations, we aim to reduce harm to the environment. In particular, electronic bills are used to replace traditional paper bills.

We care about disadvantaged groups and donate necessities to various social welfare organizations. Particularly we are concerned about vulnerable children and elderly people or adolescents, people with physical and mental disabilities, and disadvantaged women, and we participate in community services from time to time.
